MEET JENNIFER HORTON, FOUNDER & CEO
JRH Entertainment Group, Inc. is a music and entertainment business services company founded in 2009 by music executive and entrepreneur Jennifer Horton. Drawing from over 15 years of experience, JRH taps into resources in intellectual property, artist relations, live show production, brand integrations and more.
We uniquely serve as a liaison between our corporate clientele and their creative and business needs by strategizing and executing projects with measurable results. Clients have included global brands, entertainment start-up companies, marketing agencies, international record labels, music publishing companies and more.
CEO and Founder Jennifer Horton has a track record of success and hands-on experience in strategy, deal-making and execution on both major and independent levels. She has held several key executive level positions over the course of her career, beginning as a Legal Assistant in Intellectual Property and then as a Talent Agent, and then on to Manager, A&R and Record Label executive.
In 2015 Horton was asked to join the faculty at Los Angeles College of Music to help launch their new Music Business Degree Program. She has been asked to speak at numerous panels and events about the music industry, careers in entertainment, diversity and entrepreneurship. She graduated the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program in December 2016 and also completed the Dartmouth University Tuck School of Business Executive Education certificate program presented by IBM. Horton is an Associate Member of The Recording Academy and a certified member of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

[matrix] artists represents emerging and established recording artists, entertainers, creatives and influencers who tap into the pulse of pop and urban culture. Clients past and present include a diverse range of prominent artists, actors and personalities in arts and pop culture spanning Music, TV, Film, Dance, Sports and Fashion.
[matrix] productions
[matrix] productions is an MVPA-nominated multi-media production and branding company specializing in high-end live concerts, tour production and design, and creating innovative content for digital platforms.
[matrix] studios initially launched in 2017 with a state of the art recording studio in the heart of Hollywood, quickly embraced by top artists, producers, songwriters and engineers as well as the growing podcast market. During the 2020 shutdown, [matrix] responded by launching a fully turnkey soundstage for livestreaming and content creation for artists, brands and more. It quickly became a destination for shooting live performances, music videos, podcasts, commercials and photo shoots. In 2021, [matrix] was commissioned to design and build out a new soundstage studio facility in Los Angeles. In the same year, the company expanded to the Miami area through a partnership with Brandstar Studios, bringing music and brand clients to shoot on the 72-ft LED wall stage.
